Frustrating App
Old app which was fully functional was deleted and replaced with this app which even after the most recent update has the same bugs. Luggage tag could not be printed and also passage contract cannot be accepted. Passage contract kept defaulting to third guest, a minor, which cannot accept the passage contract. Also very slow to log on to server. Have no choice but to use this app on board.
App does not log in with my credentials. Old app now does not refresh.
I think we will just try a different cruise liner. This app does not work and you rely on it on the ship. The services on board are no where near as good as before Covid. The meals are smaller the room assistant mast time we never saw. They smashed our luggage and said too bad it’s in the contract they aren’t responsible. The level we are at used to have free wifi now we have to pay for it. Not worth the bother when there’s so many others we can cruise with.
Absolute Rubbish
We needed to check in via the app but it wouldn’t download the terms and conditions on either my wife’s or my phone and it wouldn’t allow us the check in without agreeing!! What an utter waste of time! Eventually we had to get our travel agent to do it for us.
Princess would do well to fire whoever made and managed the implementation of this terrible app and put in customer friendly procedures.
It certainly makes me feel unlike taking any further Princess cruises.
