Please note, that in order to download this application, you must already be a user of Pronto Xi. This application sits under Pronto Xi Service Management so it is a requirement to have Pronto Xi Service Management as part of your ERP software package.

Version 1.7.0

• The Location Tracker option has been added to the page menu. This allows companies to track an engineer’s location continuously and sent to Pronto Xi.
Location tracking can continue to take place even when the app is offline or when the app is in the background.

The engineer can choose to enable tracking always or only while using the app or deny permission.
• Engineer transaction times are now captured and stored in local time, instead of in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
When engineers work in multiple time zones, this no longer causes any issues with engineer time transactions postings.
• The service call header now displays the customer, site name, and address.
These are useful details for a technician to help decide which call to select.
• You can add a serial attribute and save it in offline mode.
The changes are queued and will resume once the app is back online.
• Context search has now been enabled in the Issued Van Stock screen.
• On the Call screen, an engineer can now search by date, engineer, or item code.
