Description
Desk-bound team members can now enable quick response to a service call by matching the nearest service engineers to the call's location. This is possible through the GPS Tracker application that runs in the background in tandem with the Mobile Service application. By maintaining the location and routes history in Pronto Xi, against each service engineer, you can efficiently plan your engineers' travel and suggest the shortest route – giving them more time with customers.
