• Call from the grandma’s, Add Grandma as an additional participant and take your video call round there, if grandma has been verified (easily done through the app) then feel free to let her join in on call too!
• Cost affective, our users are saving hundreds of pounds in travel and childcare costs every time by video calling instead.
• Show them around, the purple visits platform has been designed for you to show your loved one around the home, go ahead and flip the camera and show them the family pet or your latest decorating masterpiece.

I hadn’t spoken to my dad in over a year and with the borders being closed here in Australia it means I won’t be able to see him in person for another whole year! So to discover purple visits was an absolute life saver and truly made my day being able to see and speak to my dad again. We had our first call today and already can’t wait for the next one. I just wish we could do video calls longer than 30 minutes! This is a great thing you’ve done for prisoners with family overseas, thanks again

Purple visits
This is a fantastic implementation to the prison service. This could have saved much heartbreak in recent years. We have a family member in Rye Hill and we are in Australia. To say we were excited to be able to have a visit was a huge understatement. It brought our family together for the first time in over 30 years. The staff member Dee in Rye Hill has been our rock and contact for many years and to see her was fabulous. Her compassion to my son gives me a little piece of mind. We are truly thankful for her dedication and patience.
