Book flights, manage your booking, check in and take full control of your journey with the Qatar Airways mobile app.
1. BOOK FLIGHTS
With the tap of a finger, find and book flights to enchanting destinations around the world. If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.
2. COMPLEMENT YOUR JOURNEY
Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.
3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING
Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.
4. CHECK IN
Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.
5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS
Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.
6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS
Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).
7. MAKE THE MOST OF PRIVILEGE CLUB
Through our mobile app, Privilege Club members can easily view account details on their dashboard, use the My Calculator to check Avios and Qpoints that can be earned on flights, claim missing Avios on past flights, communicate with the Privilege Club member service centre, and much more.

To keep you updated along every step of your journey, our latest app enhancements include alerts for changes related to fares, special offers, meals and more.
You’ll also notice your e-ticket number has been added to ‘My Trips’, making it easier to claim Avios, as well as retrieve trips for passengers in the same booking.

Fantastic consistent service all round.
I have flown with Qatar a few times now, and they just improve each time. They have always ran on time, are incredibly organised, very friendly and genuinely attentive.
I would definitely continue to fly with them into the future. The flight was half booked once and they separated us all out, so everyone had at least one seat separating them. This was very useful for a good rest and much appreciated by all. The airport is amazing, family friendly and extremely easy to navigate if travelling alone.
Worst airline
From booking a ticket to board the flight, Qatar airways is the worst airline I have ever flown with. I had booked a return flight with Qatar but they cancelled my flight 2 weeks prior to actual flight. Since then, they couldn’t find any alternative flights for us. First, they booked me and my wife on different flights to different cities on different dates. I called customer service and told them my wife is pregnant and I have to accompany her, they asked for medical evidence for her pregnancy and after a week gave us flight. Again to different locations with 20 hours . The customer service is very unfriendly, they don’t even reply to your emails and put you on hold for up to 30 mins. Remind you tickets I booked costed me 3,000 USD each. I believe Emirates and Etihad airways are much better than this third class airline. Never flying with this airline. Booked with Sri Lankan airline. They are much better. Lastly, app is useless too. It crashes a lot.
Best service
Fly from perth to Doha with QR901 on May 20th and had the best experience during my flight. Maria, the stewardess has been looking after me and make sure I was fine as I had been over exhausted and taking care of even to my next destination to Rome with QR131, Maria ensuring the next stewardess to checked if I’m okay and ensure I have a good rest and taking care of.
Thank you Qatar and the staffs, mostly my big gratitude to Maria! I’m arriving safe to Rome and had a great flight
