help me out when I can't make calls
The whole booking process was super easy, from reserving the car online, to pick up and drop off. We went to Portland for the eclipse and we're having a hard time finding an available car. We found a minivan on easyrentcars at a great price and I booked it. I wasn't sure if it would be there when we arrived, but it was and we were on our way in no time!
This is my first time use easyrentcars, i booked on website but then I downloaded app for evoucher, save me time of printing it out, love it! And it gave me the update in time, very thoughtful! And the we got the airport and we couldn’t make calls or be reached, I was very frustrated but then I found they had a live chat customer service entrance in APP, and I got in touch with customer service and they helped to contact counter to pick me up, really helped me out! So I highly recommend this app!
Best car Booking App on the Planet
This company by far is the best reservation company in the world for booking hire cars, the prices are very competitive when compared to the other budget carriers and when and if there is a problem, which can be often the case in the car hire sector, they always attend to such matters very responsibly and work hard to resolve it to their customers benefit. There is a great referral scheme and overall they offer unbeatable value and service.
AI Scammers
Scammed, was on the system on their website and all looked good. The normal situation where they show you a price and then you click on it and it goes to the next section with inflated prices due to automated add ons. That’s pretty standard and a scam that old it’s hardly a scam anymore.
Anyway the system said “sign up and use our app to receive a discount”. So stupid me downloaded the app, signed up and then saw there was a voucher available, great. Selected the dates and car and went to book and the per day price had gone up by a fair margin so even with discount voucher it was significantly higher. That’s ok I hadn’t logged out of the website. Went back to the website and guess what. The system has changed to the inflated price even though I was mid booking.
Contacted them and basically “we can change prices whenever without communication”
Scammers!
