Good most of the time

Doesn't compare to Plexus, not even close, but it's a good video streaming tool that has off line download capacity.

Good if it doesn’t keep shutting down

Keeps shutting down on iPhone. Pretty useless.

I wish I could mark it worse than 1 star

Cannot download videos in the background. Cannot download entire folders of videos. Incredibly slow interface and thumbnail load times on my iPad Air and iPhone 6 (network is fine). Folder view will show all folders but 50% of the time will not show content of the folder. Pretty standard for a QNAP app. Here's a tip QNAP, check out PluralSight's app, combine it with Netflix and that's how yours should look/behave.
