How does it work?
1. After your consult with a Releaf prescribing Doctor, you will receive an e-prescription via SMS
2. Download the Releaf app and verify your account
3. Place your order with the Releaf app
4. Receive updates as your order is prepared and dispensed by your pharmacy
5. Collect your order, or have it delivered from your pharmacy when it’s ready
A new “Products” section has replaced the previous “My scripts” page with a design revamp of how prescriptions appear. Past scripts are still accessible under the “More” menu.
Patients can now order accessories in the new “Products” page. Any patient who has a medicinal cannabis prescription will be able to view and purchase relevant accessories, such as vaporisers, with their medication orders.
Patient - Pharmacy in-app messaging allows a patient to message their pharmacy. The option to do this is shown to a patient in the checkout view once they have selected a pharmacy or after they have placed an order. All previous messaging history is accessible via a new “My Messages” section under the “More” menu.
