In 2013, I created this app to control my Mac Mini connected to a big-screen TV in my living room. In 2016 I quit my job and became an indie developer, and now my sole focus is on building my apps. The app has been downloaded more than 2,000,000 times over the years and has favorable reviews.

SECURITY
The app uses standard security measures like HTTPS to communicate and only works on your local network. Whenever an unknown device tries to establish a connection with your computer, the app presents a dialog for you to choose to allow or deny it.

UNLOCK PREMIUM FEATURES
Remote offers two subscription options: yearly with a free trial and monthly, and a lifetime one-time payment option. Prices may vary by location.
If you upgrade to a Premium subscription, Apple will charge your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple will charge your account for renewal 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel automatic renewal and manage your subscription by selecting Manage App Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and selecting the subscription you want to modify. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription, where applicable.

Very handy app - works exactly as promised
Good concept and excellent development. App does not seem to be lacking in any obvious way!
I commend the creator/developer on their obvious commitment to quality and functionality 👍
On first use each desired feature for control of mouse/keyboard and pc is easy to find and use. Decent range of different settings and some customisation is possible too - for example, mouse tracking rate/sensitivity is right there to adjust and suit.

pretty good app but sometimes gets caught in loop
PROS: most of the time it works really well. most of the buttons i've tried have worked, including buttons i don't have on my laptop keyboard.
CONS: when waking my laptop from sleep it gets stuck and after entering the password on my laptop keyboard the app starts spamming my password repeatedly and causing havoc and it's quite difficult to close the app on windows while this is happening (the only solution i've found)
it would be a great app if this could be fixed as the main reason i want this app is to use the computer from bed. another useful feature would be viewing the pc screen from the phone so you can run the computer from another room. and also casting from phone to pc

Works like magic
The full version of this app allows me to connect via hotspot or wifi to my laptop. I can then control presentations and keynotes remotely. The hotspot option is ideal when I am in a location without reliable wifi for both devices (like my school). This app turns my phone into a remote mouse, but with extra options. For example, the apps on my computer appear on my phone, so I can play music, launch a video and so on. Worth every cent. Thank you, Mr Cherpake.
