Incoming parcels can be received directly from the workshop floor, while existing units open straight into their RMA or repair job. Supported workflows include labels from Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT and Team Global Express. WORK YOUR BENCH See what needs attention now, what is arriving and what is waiting on someone else. SLA countdowns help technicians prioritise work across the shift. Run inspections, record warranty determinations, document repairs and resolutions, assign stock dispositions, process counter-swap workflows, hand over completed units and close jobs. Sensitive or irreversible actions require confirmation before they are completed. BUILT FOR RETAIL SERVICE & WARRANTY TEAMS ReturnMate Tech is designed for technicians working with products where a return involves more than issuing a refund — including electronics, batteries, power equipment, appliances, tools and other products requiring inspection, diagnosis or repair. REQUIRES RETURNMATE ReturnMate Tech requires a staff account connected to a store using ReturnMate. Your ReturnMate administrator can add technician accounts under: Settings → Users ReturnMate Tech is not a consumer return-tracking app. If you are a customer returning a product to a store, use the tracking or return link provided by the retailer instead.
