Requests a serial no to start
Useless unless you can find the product serial no. which is on a sticker which isn’t on the product.
Why can’t RS simple ask for model, version and year?

With the new update, things have changed around some. You can search for a specific serial number or select the "Search by Model Code" link at the bottom of the screen to search without a serial number. Please reach out to Rider Support at the link in the app description if you are still unable to find the information.
Can’t get app to open
Can’t get app to open deleted in stored again keeps saying sent a email to confirm me but nothing comes through
I can’t even get out of the login screen
I can’t get out of the first screen, it takes me to the login page on safari, I login, go back to the app and then it takes me back to safari. Help me pls I wanna shred
