I'm really enjoying RokFin so far. I love that you can download videos for offline viewing and that you can play audio in the background. The only important feature that's missing is Chromcast, but maybe that's not possible to do on iOS yet?
No support
Emailed 3 times in regards to their website capturing my credit card details. On top of that the processing to subscribe didn’t even work. It captured all my card details and it didn’t event subscribe me (yes all cards were valid and funded). I’ve emailed several times to find out 1. Why the details were remembered after clearly cache and restarting brower. 2. Why it didn’t even let me subscribe correctly. I’ve had zero response in over a week.
In desperate need of an update.
Chat function is broken, probably because tipping is now supported via the website. And, right now, I’m trying to watch Graham Elwood’s livestream and all I’m getting is a black screen. Works fine via the web browser. Would also like this app to be iPadOS native. Will amend my 1-star rating when this is fixed.
