Rydges Hotels & Resorts 17+

The app is essentially broken and has been for a long time.

The app just shows a Darwin hotel on the front page and nothing else. If I search for Sydney or any other major city it doesn’t show any results.

When I try to log in via settings the page jumps to the stays tab which turns into the digital key tab when you click the back arrow. I have been trying to use it for over a year and it doesn’t seem to ever be updated to fix the problems.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app and tried all troubleshooting on my end (even had the same issues since I got a new phone and installed it as new). I would have thought this app would be fixed or simply decommissioned by now. It is better to have no app than one this broken.

Furthermore, the website log in isn’t great either so it is easier to book via 3rd party apps at the moment, or honestly stay elsewhere. I hate to say that, because it isn’t the fault of the hotels in the chain, but what is the point when the company makes it so impossible to book directly and manage your stay through their app!?!

The worse app and customer reward program I have seen in long time. Spent the last few hours trying to re-instate an existing membership and nothing. There is no place or number to call and is only via automated messaging. What a poor experience, shame on you EVT

Cannot login with my Rydges Account details - I checked that they are current and correct. I didn’t want to make a new account for MobileKey. It seems a bit redundant to have to juggle multiple accounts for a single hotel chain.
