I have used it a couple of times and it’s an awesome little app, easy to use and once it’s up on more services I reckon it will be making lots of passengers very happy!

Good concept but (almost) no Uptake
Great concept but need to make it clear in your UI that there is currently no flight partners (at all) and that the only service you are compatible with is one train provider - London North Eastern Railway.
Would have saved me 10 minutes of entering my booking number, reading a non descriptive error about how I should wait 24 hours after booking, troubleshooting section which doesn’t say make sure your travel provider is compatible and emailing the trip confirmation before seeing in small text on the email sent to me that the criteria is “travelling with London north eastern railway”
Hope you get that take up because it is a good service if you can convince an airline to use it 👍🏼👍🏼
Painful and expensive
The APP just isn’t dynamic, user friendly or created with a common sense user experience in mind.
Cost me £72 with no refund due to its basic interface. I was provided with £72 credit to use within 12 months. Sadly I live in Australia so will write off this £72 and delete and never use the APP again. Safe to say I will be promoting on my Socials not to use Seatfrog due to my experience.
