Not up to Samsung’s usual standards

This app is very clunky, and a poor reflection on Samsung as a tech company (!). The app has language issue (many settings are in Korean, cannot be changed to English. There’s a weird “LinkyChatBot” icon that hovers over the main screen, often preventing the user from clicking on the button they are trying to click on. Finally, and perhaps most critically, the app is very slow to pair on every day use - you end up being faster just typing the passcode on the door lock rather than waiting like an idiot in front of your door with your phone in your hand waiting for it to pair with your door lock. Try again Samsung!

Terrible app, rethinking lock purchase

This app makes me want to return the smart lock!
Firstly, chat bot is in Korean, I’m in Australia with English/Australia language and location settings.

App lost pairing with door lock after first unlock, will not find door lock again - constantly showing “looking for door lock” message . It will not delete the lock so I can resync it as a new lock even though I’ve followed the step by step instructions to delete.

I never thought to look at app reviews before purchasing this lock, sure wish I did now so I could have gone with another brand.

Having the phone as the primary way to use the lock is essential so I don’t have to take my keys or a card/fob key.

Managed to set it up on my partners iPhone, however the door locks within 5 seconds of it unlocking.

Seems really crappy

So we have just installed this lock.... can not pair our iPhones at all to the lock. Won’t even come up as a device on my iPhone 11. Instructions are a pretty average, no trouble shooting section, no support online.... lock is a little plasticy for a security item. Very average for the price and wouldn’t recommend. Also the horrible chat bot in Korean is ridiculous and very annoying
