CREATE
Choose and connect parts together to build rocket ships. You can choose from a variety of rocket engines, fuel tanks, and other gizmos. You can even build rovers with powered wheels. You are only limited by your imagination.
EXPLORE
Blast off from any planet you want. You can fly through the intense atmosphere of Venus, or you can take advantage of the low gravity of Mercury. Whip around the sun and launch yourself out to the far reaches of the solar system.
CHALLENGES
Several challenges are built into the game so you can see who can go the fastest, fly the farthest, orbit with the least amount of fuel, land on the moon, and so much more.
ROCKET SCIENCE
Kepler wrote the equations 400 years ago, and SimpleRockets uses those equations to model extremely realistic orbital physics. Players will learn about rocket science and astrodynamics while they are having a blast exploring the solar system. This makes SimpleRockets ideal for the classroom, or as a healthy alternative to the barrage of brainless games available on the App Store.

Amazing, good alternative to kerbal space program
This is probably the most close to ksp you can get on a mobile device, and can’t wait for sr2! My only complaint is that it is 2D
Good game... but lots of bugs
I’ve had a lot of fun with this game but I must point out that there are many big issues. Don’t expect to be buying a nicely polished app because they’ve deserted this for the sequel now and ‘updates’ are usually ensuring you know about this new game. First thing that comes to mind is that it annoys me that the app doesn’t work to the full size of my iPhone X screen; instead you get a cropped image. It’s also frustrating that parts seem to only connect at one point meaning rockets are frequently shaken apart during launch or any time you try to turn. There are many more that I may list later but these two stick out.
Great game
I love SimpleRockets and have actually learnt quite a bit about the mathematic side of space flight through this, but there is one small thing: can there be an option added where the manoeuvring thrusters autobalance, because it’s a real hassle trying to fi d the right position for them
