Shockingly bad
This app is so bad, if I could give it no stars, I would. I can’t edit my claim a second time, even though I have been asked for more information. If you use the app to take a photo of documents, the resolution is so poor that they are rendered unreadable. There is no list of panel GPs and the map function is a test version only! My e-card isn’t in there. It’s unbelievable that this app passed user acceptance testing to go live. Their website is just as bad. Whoever is running Aviva’s IT department deserves to be sacked.
They make it harder than paperwork
Awful app, won’t let me use capital letters to enter my password. One of so many issues, this one being the most major. Would love to be able to login and make a claim!
Total rubbish
Don't bother,... fill in the paperwork to avoid a heart attack... and another claim.😡😡
