See the job type at a glance, and reset your password with your username. • Every stop shows its type at a glance: a coloured edge and a Delivery, Collection, Swap or Dump & Return label, on the run sheet, Upcoming, done stops, the job screen and the jobs board. • Collections the customer wants a call for are marked Ring first, and a bin's weight allowance shows in tonnes. • Forgot your password? Enter your email or your username. • Signing in and signing out now go straight to the right screen, without closing the app. • Choosing a photo from your library no longer asks for access to all your photos.

Fixes across the whole app, and sign in with a username. • Sign in with your username or your email. • Late and priority stops are marked on the run sheet: High, Urgent, and how many days late. • With no signal, a problem report with photos now saves and sends later, two breaks are both kept, and a clock on is never doubled. • A lost connection no longer reads as "nothing to do" on the Dashboard, Overdue Collections, Dockets to Verify or the Driver Map. It says it couldn't load and offers Try again. • Editing a bin's size or waste type from the truck updates its weight allowance and its list price, tells the driver, and is recorded in the job's history. • Converting a quote sends the customer one confirmation, not two, and a price typed with a comma is read correctly. • Locking the app no longer pauses location while you're on shift. • A change to your role shows within minutes, and a signed-out phone stops getting job alerts. • The Timesheet is tidier.

One list for the day, and one card for every visit. • Today is one list again, in the order the office set. No more Run 1 and Run 2 headings. • A swap shows where the old bin is going. • A dump and return on the same day is one card: pick it up, tip it, bring it back. • The admin job board shows a swap or a dump and return as one card, and moves both halves together. • Site warnings use the same colours as the office. • Phone numbers under More info are tap to call. • The stop screen is tidier, and Navigate to Dump Point shows only on a collection. • Maintenance Report in Apps is now Issues.

Rest and meal breaks, and messages with the customers on your own jobs. • Breaks: choose a rest break or a meal break, and take more than one in a shift. Your business's own rules decide what is paid. • Chat is now Messages: message the customers on your own jobs, alongside the team. • Admins can edit a bin from the truck. Changing its size assigns a bin of the new size automatically. • Location is tracked only while you are clocked on. • Photos from the iPhone library now show in the office. • Quotes show the full price breakdown, and a quote can be converted in one tap. Addresses open in maps. • New jobs warn when a bin size is running low. The yard screen filters by month. • Leave uses the business's date, notifications open the right screen, and a deactivated account is signed out. • Today is grouped into runs when the office plans more than one trip, and each run shows what to load. The admin job board groups the same way. • Today follows your business's time zone, so the run sheet turns over at your midnight. • Waste Management moves from the tab bar to Apps › Work. The bar is Today, Upcoming, Messages and Apps everywhere. • The weighbridge docket shows the charge before you save, and records weight in kilograms like the office. • Work that could not be saved is listed on the job screen as well as on Today.

Weighbridge dockets that finish themselves, and loads the yard can book like the office. • A weighbridge docket saved on the phone now completes on its own when the bin is marked collected or tipped. No second step. • Book Load asks for the material and bin size, and office and yard staff can book a load for another driver. A load's detail shows its material, driver and docket photos. • Customer status texts are sent once, even when a stop is marked twice or the phone was offline. • Screen-reader labels and focus fixes across the app. • Drivers no longer see quote and docket-verification controls their role does not allow.

Messages for the office, and gate pickers that keep what was booked. • Admins get a Messages tab: customer SMS and email conversations alongside team chat, with unread counts and live updates. • A waste type can now also be sorted waste, so the yard's sorted piles use the same list the office does. • The weighbridge picker opens on the waste type the bin was booked as, so "unchanged" is one tap again instead of a blank "Select waste type".

Bug fixes and reliability improvements: - Fixed an issue where the app could get stuck loading when opened after running in the background with your phone locked. - Your sign-in now stays available to background location updates, so dispatch keeps seeing your truck's position while your phone is locked.

Dockets replace tip runs. Every load you tip is recorded as a docket against the facility you tipped at, with the weight, the material and the charge worked out for you. Facilities the app can find. Transfer stations, landfills and your own yard now sit on the map with a geofence, so the app knows which one you've pulled into. Overweight is never lost. A load over its allowance is recorded the moment it's weighed, and only billed once the office has verified it. A faster run sheet. Fewer taps to each stop, cards that read clearly at arm's length, and a new SkipTrack look throughout. Fixes. The Set PIN screen can no longer strand you after a dropped session. Site conditions are now told apart by shape as well as colour. Weight and docket screens use one set of labels everywhere.
