The app keeps reverting to incorrect time, causing the spa to heat during peak power prices. Also, why not have an ability to force heating at specific, off-peak times? This should be as easy as entering the times you want it to heat without unnecessary complications.

Developer Response
The time generally works well for most customers. We will investigate this further and work to resolve the issue for you. Your suggestion regarding off‑peak heating is a valuable one. For further assistance, please contact our support team at support@smarttub.net.

App Keeps Reporting Spa Offline

The help desk that responds via the email built into the app says ‘all error codes cleared, everything ok’. However the app keeps reporting “Your tub is offline”. And help response is slow. Over priced buggy system!

This has to be the worst premium brand app ever made. It’s so buggy I could not even get past the sign up process. Completely useless.

Developer Response
