Outdated app
For an expensive app, it is very basic. You should be able to remotely turn off the spa, change the heating and filtering times. All of this would help with making the spa more sustainable and take advantage of fluctuating energy costs.

Our SmartTub app offers numerous features to help you manage fluctuating energy costs effectively. One of these features is the Smart Heat mode, which allows your spa to heat up at scheduled times for use while conserving energy when not in use. This ensures you can optimize your spa usage during periods of varying energy costs.

App Keeps Reporting Spa Offline
The help desk that responds via the email built into the app says ‘all error codes cleared, everything ok’. However the app keeps reporting “Your tub is offline”. And help response is slow. Over priced buggy system!
No good
The app works maybe 35% of the time. The other 65% it just tells you that it “timed out talking to server. Please try again”. All but useless
