This app came with my Arabian Adventure pass and it made my trip so much easier. Everything was in one place, tickets, maps, and suggestions on what to do. I didn’t have to jump between different apps or carry paper tickets. Easy to use.

Do not destroy your holiday

We purchased the Arabian Adventures 7 day, 5 adventure pass for Dubai and from the very first adventure we tried to book we encountered difficulties. Tours that were available show as not available in the app or error codes appear at the final booking or redeeming stage. Continual phone calls to Arabian Adventures and emails to Smartvisit were necessary to attempt to resolve. Terrible way to spend your hard earned long awaited holiday. Never again would I use this app - I ended up significantly out of pocket having paid for the Adventure Pass and then having to pay full price to enter key tourist attractions, not to mention the stress of trying to redeem the pass at the attraction and no immediate assistance from SmartVisit - the instant chat option was not available in the app for help, only email (although I noticed a WhatsApp option appeared after my complaint). In one example I sent an email for assistance at 6pm whilst standing at the ticket counter of the Dubai Aquarium and did not get a response until 1 am next day. I still have not received a reply to the email I sent Monday 17 February from Atlantis Aquaventure Water Park and I am writing this review on Friday 21 February. Appalling app and awful support service.

Such a great little app, we used this for our recent trip to New Orleans, we enjoyed 5 different activities, some of which we would never have thought to do, that we really enjoyed, like the WW2 Museum and the Steamboat on the Mississippi.

This app was awesome for getting around. I liked how I could see places near me and plan my day without feeling overwhelmed. The self-guided tour thing was really cool too, like having a little tour guide in my pocket. Would use it again for sure!
