100% puts a smile on your mind :)

I don’t think Smiling Mind gets the recognition it deserves. There’s a lot of meditation apps out there and they definitely set out to achieve the same results, but I have a great deal of respect for what Smiling Mind stand for - the app is always free and they never try to charge you an insane amount of money to subscribe or progress through the programs. Donate if you wish to support them, but it’s never something they request, nor do they send pop ups to ‘rate the app’. They actually want to raise awareness and aid in the rollout of mindfulness programs in Australian schools, where kids can learn the benefits before reaching adulthood. In this day and age, that’s such a fantastic initiative!
While there may be a few minor things that could be improved, I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and find it very easy to navigate. You can pick and choose your own programs that you find relevant and progress through them at your own pace and in any order you decide. Kudos to these guys and what they’ve done and are setting out to achieve. I hope they get the support they deserve!

Smiling Mind Review

The smiling mind app was very pleasant and easy to use. After trying out the free app for a couple of weeks I have found it to be very relaxing and upon finishing a session I felt happier and more alert. The app offered a variety of short and extended, creative exercises that changed to suit the appropriate age groups which ranged from 7 year olds to adults. The app also had sessions for different situations such as ‘taking public transport’ or ‘taking flight’ which I thought was an excellent way for people with anxiety to become more comfortable in moments of stress. The app was very easy to use and didn’t require much time to start and finish a meditation session making it easy to practice mindfulness at any point of the day. Overall I think the app is excellent and really helped me become less stressed after participating in a meditation session in the morning allowing me to be more focused and ready for the day head. The smiling mind app may not be for everyone but I would definitely recommend trying it.

Loved this app until unable to login anymore

We have been using this app for a long while now and the kids absolutely love the kids bedtime meditation we have three favourites that they ask for each and every night and won’t go to bed until they have heard them. Out of the blue however we have been “kicked out” of the app. It wasn’t allowing us to see all meditations so thought would log out and back in to reset it if you will. Then since haven’t been able to get back on. Won’t allow me to use a reset password or create a new account. Kids have went to bed using an old meditation monkey we have and told them I’ll fix it so they can have it tomorrow night. My fingers are tightly crossed I can get this fixed and in again otherwise will be on the hunt for an alternative with them. It has been really great up to this point. Tried the support option in the ap store no help. Hoping someone can assist me.
