Does not work for me and many others

Clearly the app is not working for many people judging by the reviews. Yet still I wasted 15 minutes of my life trying. It looked like it set up successfully, verified both my phone number and email. The blue bar that is supposed to be clickable to “Enter the Smith’s game of life” does not work. I have closed the App and te-opened it. I have closed the app, rebooted my phone and te-opened it. None of this helped. It still does not work. I have an iPhone11 that is completely up to date with IOS updates. There was an update just last week - is it possible that update broke the functionality of your app for iPhone users. Now I’ve wasted half an hour of my life and attempted to help you with troubleshooting

It’s ok

Like the reviews below - the app didn’t work at first for me at all. Verification was slow and then it wouldn’t let me select any of the drop down options when entering. (On an iPhone 12 with all updates done). This was on Sunday. Tried again yesterday (Tuesday) and it worked fine! Bit slow but I got there. I recommend for those having issues to try again, doesn’t look like the app updated but maybe it was a server error that has been fixed. Bit silly to have an app for such a short competition, though. Make a webpage option next time for those with just computers, or, if you keep the app as well, add more stuff to it e.g., ‘play this game to win’ etc.

Data Mining

This must just be a data mining exercise, as it’s an intensive process just to “spin the wheel” - various layers of verification, personal details and need to upload proof of purchase for each entry. Seems a good way for them to see what people are purchasing and spending habits. Very suspicious. If McDonald’s can run monopoly so simply - there is only a suspicious reason I can see for a company as large as Pepsi to have such a poor user interface. Horrible and would rate 0 stars if possible. Really makes me suspicious of all Pepsi products if I’m honest.
