Getting worse

I love this app and the click and collect, easy just click then go collect at a suited time, much easier with young kids. I find it seemingly worse each week, more and more items not available on the app even their own brands so you have to buy something different. Most annoying thing I’m finding is how something is unavailable like milk the last 2 weeks or a bread yet I haven’t even put in when I’m going to collect it so how do they know it’s unavailable. I’m so frustrated and annoyed and this lately, the app and click and collect redeemed Woolworths for me but lately I’m wanting to tryout this with Coles. The search engine is also shocking, have to be very specific with what you want, needs some major improvements, hope they fix before I switch sides

Terrible App, needs urgent fixing

Updated: Despite my log in and password being correct, I can’t even log in using this App! No issues whatsoever logging in online using the same log in and password. Would seriously give it zero stars if I could.

I’m deleting this app after numerous frustrating attempts to use it. Trolley items have a tendency to completely disappear and there are constantly issues with logging in and the app trying to find products. As another reviewer has said, easier and way less frustrating just to shop online or physically go in store. Also, very annoying that some products are not available for pick up/delivery and you only find this out once you’re about to go ahead and pay. If items/specials are only available at certain stores/locations, then this should be clearly stated for buyers to avoid disappointment. Out of the 40+ items I had in my cart, only 2 (yes 2!!) were available for delivery or pick up...seriously?? Same result via the website. You’d think something like chicken drumsticks would be readily available, but apparently it isn’t at Woolies! I’m going to Coles instead

One step forward - TWO backward

I loved this app’s first release (albeit a bit clunky) but with each release it’s gotten worse. User functionality has diminished. I like to select my shopping from a default list that I create and add to as required. I used to print this list by emailing it to myself. That changed and by selecting items and hiding those I don’t want on that shop I can walk through the store picking items as I go deselecting as I pick item, thus reducing the list. Now with the current release this can’t be done and when I email the list to myself it sends every item on the list, not just the ones I selected. Also in the last release you could show either a picture of the product or text relating to the item. Now that functionality has been removed. Since the penultimate release none of the product locations has been correct. Get the kid that writes the app to talk to users, not rely on their perception of what they think is a good idea. They probably don’t use the app themselves. Wake up someone!

We agree that we can make many improvements to the lists section of the app. We are currently working on showing Specials, Copy to List and hiding Checked and Unchecked items from list. This is expected to be ready in early May. Please bear with us while we work on this functionality.
