SolaxCloud is a monitoring App enabling the end-user and the agent to check the inverter status, yield, load consumption and exported energy anytime with the help of cloud data analysis.
End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.
Description of End-user Login:
After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaxCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load.
At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.
Description of Agent Login:
After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.
Thankfully, I don’t need much from the app so, while the interface is cluttered and hard to navigate, the info I need is there.It can have weird bugs though. I get logged out a lot and, on my last login, it told me my 32 char password of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters was “too simple and weak” and then accepted a 24 char password as a replacement

Initially had some issues with the app and some pages not returning to home properly but some updates appear to have removed the bugs now. The app is great at showing how much power is being consumed when you turn on devices, also for the battery level and it being charged or not. Not much to fault really. Not sure if the estimation of money saved is accurate as I have not had a bill since installation. Other than that the app is useful to see if the sun is shining enough to start doing the washing/drying and not using the grid.

Too many bugs

Even after the updates, going to some screens for details won’t let you return using the arrows. Someone needs to use the app and click on every function. This is on MacOS with latest update August 24th.
