Description
Matthew Park was fabulously wealthy, had a beautiful wife, and was renowned for his genius. In short, he had it all - that is, until he was murdered. There’s no shortage of suspects you must investigate to find the killer. Was it his son who he constantly yelled at, his wife who would inherit everything, or his investor who was disappointed in his performance?

Solve It! Death of a CEO is a murder mystery visual novel where your choices can bring the killer to justice. Will you aggressively interrogate the widow or give her some breathing room? Do you cooperate with the police investigation or hide facts from them? Be immersed in an interactive story where your decisions shape what happens next.
INTERROGATE THE SUSPECTS… OR ROMANCE THEM
Meet suspicious characters like Nico, the sauve yet shady bartender, and Penelope, the non-stop PR executive who is trying to keep the company ahead of the news cycle. Will you maintain a professional relationship with your suspects or begin romances with them? Characters will remember how you’ve treated them!
SOLVE THE MURDER
Find clues by talking to suspects and investigating whether their alibis hold up. Did anyone actually witness the murder? Every character has secrets - can you determine which are relevant to solving the case? Confront suspects with evidence to find their motives and make them come clean!

So much fun
Huge fan of Haiku, & that continues with this new style of game! Yes the visual novel approach is different from their normal gameplay, this is more about unravelling a mystery & making decisions than their usual puzzle solving, but I had a great time! The murder mystery was well done, story was well written, I lol’d at the decisions I could make along the way 😂. Well done team hopefully more of these games in the future!

See, I like visual novels more than puzzle games because I get impatient and bored very quickly. I love games that have a story and allows you to be a detective and solve something because I love reading. The characters were eh (except for Logan ooh la la) but it didn’t take away from the experience! My only issue with this is it’s kinda short and they offer you one choice for a romance for each character and if you deny it (because you don’t have enough coins) that opportunity is gone. I just wish there would be more chances where you can romance the characters (especially Logan).
Great fun game with a intriguing story line
Thoroughly enjoyed this game. Some of the mechanics took time to work out, and used up coins on advice that was obvious, but otherwise enjoyed the storyline. Key reloading is problematic, but easy to manage.
Am keen to explore further to see how other choices affect the outcome of the story. Annoying that each backstory option cost soo many coins - hoping it is worth playing through a few times just to get those storylines.
Big fan of Haiku, so defs give this one a shot!
