I’ve arrived to NZ and bought an eSIM, on their app after many failures and outages.After 10-15 min I’ve got the eSIM profile qrcode emailed to me. And when finished installing the profile and activation got 3G without any internet. Also when tried linked the number to my Spark app (don’t ask why have to link myself manually), it gives error that the msn number is not valid…!!I’ve raised it to their customer service on the chat and nobody’s there to answer..!!
Roaming rubbish
Stuck in Iso
When I try to view roaming usage in Australia I select the usage tab associated with the roaming package but it loads the data from my usual contract in NZ instead. Not helpful when you’re trying to monitor usage and not get charged an excessive bill but I wouldn’t be surprised it’s designed that way on purpose.
