Special Gift Cards 4+

This app is great but it never keeps me signed in, I always have to go through to sign in process every time I want to use the app. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

Had a really bad experience with this app and company. My partner bought us a Woolworths gift card with a special promotion and it has been the worst experience to use it. (I've had many WW gift cards before but this one through Special Gift Cards was horrible) It comes as a credit card which is almost impossible to use at Woolworths online (vs a gift voucher) - you need to use the EXACT amount or LESS - then you have a balance you need to use EXACTLY or you'll always have a balance - WW online you can't choose the value to charge to a card The App is shocking - it keeps logging out. You are looking at the screen to get the details then your phone auto locks and you need to login again. Why do this? And to make matters worse, when you think you've used all but a few cents on the card (do an order online with WW then add to it the same value as the card has left / to use the remaining few dollars) - then when something is out of stock WW will refund to the Special Credit Card and the horrible cycle will begin again!

Got Amex offer to get cash back if used this company to buy gift cards. Had to sign up with data including email, phone etc. multiple tries at buying with Amex card ( to get cash back offer) declined regardless of whether used Apple Pay or typed details in. No way to close account and request data is deleted which is very concerning. Wish I’d read some of the previous reviews here first and never signed up. Have advised Amex to withdraw their association with this company, as this does their own brand no favours. Do not appear to have been billed for the failed attempts to buy gift cards but will monitor carefully. My advice - avoid !
