The Speechling Method

Personal Feedback
As a personal tutoring service, our certified pronunciation coaches give feedback on your speaking within 24 hours. Advanced students can answer a question or describe an image, and we will give feedback similar to what a private tutor will provide.
What’s New
Version 10
Lots of new features, bug fixes, and performance upgrades. Two new languages supported: British English and Castilian Spanish. Better algorithms for personalized learning. Additional professional audio recordings were added to our comprehensive language learning curriculum. All of these updates are available for our 10 languages: Spanish, French, Chinese, German, Russian, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Japanese, and English.
Ratings and Reviews
Speaking Practice Unlimited
It is very inexpensive. You can record as many answers as you want, describe an image or read out loud something of your choosing. I find that I am committing to memory new vocabulary and grammar much more than doing quizzes or speaking with tutor once a week. All the above help but practising speaking out loud is what cements the learning.
Great way to learn a language
Easy to use and great way to practise pronunciation. So far the best app for me to learn French.
The learning experience is very poor
It’s not very helpful. The advertisement says you can practice as much as you want, but in fact, when there’s too much content, the coach becomes impatient and then just brushes it off. Some coaches simply read out a few basic words without telling you what needs improvement. Sometimes they even harshly belittle your abilities. Also, it seems like there aren’t many coach options available.
