Phishing tool used by scam artists-avoid
Unfortunately your app is being used in eBay scams -people claiming to be a legitimate company and the app allows them to watch you fill in an online form. I’m sure the app has its uses but you need to improve security or others are placed at risk
App is great for remote support
The app works really well for remotely supporting staff or family members.
To all the people giving a poor review because they were scammed in to downloading to app - perhaps you need to place your blame somewhere else, it is 2022 and these sorts of scams have been around for a very long time now. If you are going to use the internet you should educate yourself on the basics instead of blaming some one other than yourself or the scammer.
Excellent, low latency and much easier than other options
Works very well with low latency compared to much more expensive options. Setup is really easy although no keyboard input etc for support person. The people leaving bad reviews over being scammed by con artists are being exceptionally unfair to Splashtop. It’s nothing to do with this software/app, sort of like disliking a bic pen because a scammer used it to write down a persons details.
