Used the app for many years, but since having the quick deposit option I have missed out on multiple bets. If you don’t have money in your account and you find something you want to bet on, you make the bet which brings you to the quick deposit. You complete that process and think the bet has been made, though the money just sits in your account and the bet is never made. If you’re not a full time gambler you then look back later at your bet to find it hasn’t been made, the bet now expired and not to be used again, and money in you’re account you have to turn over to get back or get onto the support team to manually return it to you while being told that this is not how they do business. Please fix this issue sports bet, when depositing funds directly to a bet just make the bet happen or make it clear that you need to complete further steps.

I recently deposited $ 40 into my Sportsbet account and had a $33 win bet and in the same race a$ 7 Quinella ( or so I thought) My losing win bet ran 2nd but i snagged the Quinella ( or so I thought) It turns out my losing bet was registered in dollars but my winning Quinella only registered in cents.I realise one must check one’s bets but as a Quinella is an unknown result at the time of wagering I did not . I was unaware one could even have a 7 cent bet and to do so I would have had to have typed in .07 so that being absurd the error was obviously their end not mine . On complaining they wouldn’t accept liability but offered a “good will “ $ 20 bonus which I refused on principle. I have since filed a complaint with the gaming board , but am not optimistic of satisfaction. I’m not claiming Sportsbet were nefarious, I’m saying their system has an obvious flaw and as I have been betting for years with them my pattern of bets indicates I never bet in cents and they should have honoured my winning bet . A couple of further points , their minimum deposit is $ 5 and the minimum withdrawal is $10 , why unless one reads all the fine print would anyone assume that betting in cents ( the minimum is 1 cent ) is even allowed? I think this is unjust .

Hi, I’ve been using your app for quite some time now and have been really happy with it, however today i have received the wrong amount for my winnings and have spoken to a member of yours and she keeps insisting that i was paid the right amount which is only half of what i was supposed to receive. I had a 9 leg multi and I actually WON all 9 legs, each leg showed (WIN) next to it and neither of the legs had a (VOID) beside it. She then kept insisting that one of my leg was voided so I didn’t want to argue anymore. Thank God i saved screenshots of my bets before and after and also of my potential winning which i never received in full amount but only half of it...This is a BIG LET DOWN and the issue is still unresolved due to the lack of intentions of actually fixing the problem. Once again i have screenshots of everything and trust me, this wouldn’t look too good for you guys at all.

I’ve been using the Sportsbet app for a while but I believe their developers are getting worse.It made me update the app today even though I update it every now and then.It forced me to do another update today (it has never forced me in the past!), and now I can’t use the app at all.I even deleted the app and reinstalled it but it does the same thing.It sends me to the App Store when I tap ‘Open’ and then the app opens but sends me back to the App Store where I press ‘Open’ again and then it sends me back to the App Store again.The app is now unable to be used at all.Now I have to go and place all of my bets today on the Ladbrokes and TAB apps.I don’t bother with the others apart from maybe Bet Deluxe and Mint Bet (on the rare occasion I need to), because the others are even worse than the TAB app in my opinion, which has become unusable at times since they did their major update last year.Thanks Sportsbet, you have proven to me that you’re becoming more like the dodgy apps as time goes on.I’m very disappointed that you’re changing the way you try do improvements with your updates and I can’t help but think that you keep having different people working on these updates as they are getting worse.But not being able to use the app at all now has prompted me to come here and make the public aware that you are no longer much different from the worse betting apps.Disappointing to go from a 9.5/10 around 5 years ago to gradually worse to now a 3/10!
