My backs new best friend

My chiropractor introduced me to Straighten Up a while ago and I’ve been taking full advantage of it at work every day. The exercises in particular have been working to loosen the tightness in my lower back and shoulders. The regular reminders to notice my posture are delivered to my Apple Watch. I’m beginning to see better posture become a habit because I’m noticing when I begin to slouch and correcting it. It’s such a simple app. I think that’s why it’s so effective.
