Well worth getting

I’ve been using this for a month now and really recommend this app. I’m able to track all carbs, calories, fats and proteins. It has a wide range of foods so covers most, but I have found a few not there thus I’ve only given it 4 starts. It gives a pie chart of average macros and space for notes and tracking weight.

SIMPLE AND PRACTICAL

I have been using the pro version of this app and I am thrilled I found it. Instead of having a note book or my computer, using this app I am able to track all the food I eat and it’s so convenient to have the ratios of protein, carbs, fats and calories
for every item of food, and a plus is to be able to add my own choices of food to the”food grid” with the pro version.
At the end of the day I am able to get a progress report on the total percentages of carbs, protein, fat and calories consumed that day.
To top it all there is a section for notes where I can record things like ketone levels, exercise and times when meals were eaten.
All this can be achieved by one app which I can’t stop raving about. The pro version is the one to choose, it’s money well worth spent.

Great app would recommend, worth paying for, the free version is great as well, I wanted all the features so got premium, keeps track of my fasting time and exercise, wish it had more recipes though, so please guys give us more recipes that are quick to make with simple ingredients. Thanks ❤️
