Great app - with one suggestion for improvement

This is a great app - thank you! I play it almost daily, and it’s fun, challenging and thoroughly enjoyable.

The only suggestion I’d like to make is to get rid of the puzzles requiring “Bowman’s Bingo” to solve them. To my mind the Bowman’s Bingo “let’s assume” strategy is just guessing. You might as well “let’s assume” (ie “guess”) a number is correct and follow it to its conclusion one way or another. The guessing involved is irritating - I get to a certain point and don’t know if there’s a logical move I’ve missed, or if I’m now meant to “let’s assume”. The only way to know for certain is to check the hint, which I try to avoid doing.

The hint function is a fantastic way to learn the strategies. Thank you for this, as well as the game on the whole.

The best sudoku app on the market!! But either extreme ends in bowman’s bingo or in less than 15mins

Now I love this app don’t get me wrong. I would give it a 5/5 hands down and I’ve played almost 1300 games all up. The interface is amazing and so easy to use. I can’t stand the other apps. But please review the extreme games!! It should be hard with a good challenge. But they are either over in less than 15mins and are that of a hard level or end in bowman’s bingo. Finding one that’s actually a challenge only to realise it ends in bowman’s bingo is beyond disappointing and I know a few people at work who have stopped using the app due this reason alone. I find very few that actually end with a good challenge of problem solving with an answer that’s not “let’s guess/assume this cell is…” . Can we please please have an option that stops bowman bingo games, so those of us who don’t like it can opt out of those puzzles for just a good old fashions puzzle finding patterns and actually being able to figure out the answer that way. I love the hints when one gets hard as it helps in learning for future games to find more patterns but again the bowman’s bingo helps no one and suddenly the fun of the “challenge” is gone. It’s honestly the only reason I went looking for other apps in the first place. While I enjoy their extreme levels much more the interface they use are just horrible. Please please fix this one and only issue

Can’t return to game after ad break

I really love the user interface on this sudoku game, it’s one of the best I’ve experienced, but for a while now the ads have become too aggressive. Earlier today I sat watching an ad that appeared mid-puzzle (which had been happening more and more frequently) but even after two whole minutes passed there was still no little ‘x’ button to exit the ad and go back to the puzzle. I tested it and left my phone open for 10minutes and still no exit to be able to return to the game. I had to force close the app and reopen it to finish the puzzle.

After that my next few ads were all ads I had to interact with before they could be exited but then the last two of these even when I finished the interaction it just refreshed and wouldn’t me return to my actual puzzle. If it’s still like this I’ll sadly be deleting this game from my phone because the ads won’t allow me to continue playing after patiently watching.

I know ads are a part for free games and will sit and wait patiently so the developers can get their payment but if the ads are consistently making it so I can’t go back to playing the actual game that’s unacceptable.
