Money hasn’t went into my bank ??

I done the surveys and put my bank details and then I got a couple of my friends to sign up using my link so I could get $10. I done a couple $20 withdrawals and it’s been way over 7 days and not $1 has went into my account , im wondering will I get the money ever or is it just a scam? If the money actually went into my bank account this would be a great app.

Hi, thanks for your review & for referring your friends. Please reach out to us at so we can look into this for you. We process withdrawals a few times a week, so unless your withdrawal was rejected due to incorrect details etc, you should receive your funds pretty quickly.

I’ve been signed up for months now and still haven’t received enough surveys to complete in order to scrape together the minimum balance to receive any sort of payment. The application itself promises 2-3 surveys per week which is a lie to begin with. With the single survey I receive once every 2-3 weeks half the time I answer up to 10 questions in a survey and then receive a message advising that “we have heard from enough people similar to you to continue this survey.” Even after referring a friend for the bonus “cash” I am still yet to receive a cent. This survey service markets itself as “unique” and “not like other survey companies”, but I am yet to find any difference!

Hi, thanks for your review and sorry to hear you haven't had a great experience.

With regard to the frequency of surveys, we use de-identified spending behaviour to identify groups of users for research. So, if you've connected your primary accounts, you should average 2-3 surveys per week. This is not a guaranteed number however, as it depends on the profile of users businesses we're working with are keen to gain feedback from. On occasion, you may not qualify for a survey, as you have experienced.

With regard to referral credits not having been awarded, there are some steps that have must occur before credits can be awarded. Please reach out to us at if you are sure your friends have completed their account set up and we'll be happy to investigate further. Thanks.

Sadly doesn’t give what it’s says I have 100% completed my profile an yet I’ll go a week an half with no surveys nothing an once u fill a few out it’s starts not allowing u too fill the hole survey out to get all the money instead it will stop you tell you too press back button an will give you what maybe 15 cents out of the hole $3.50 you should earn for participating but sadly it doesn’t… I’m am disappointed an sad that it also has a limit on it with the money to with draw when after a couple surveys it starts giving you cents an not dollars…

Hi, sorry to hear we haven't lived up to your expectations. Over time, if you've connected your primary spending accounts, you should average 2-3 surveys a week.

Some surveys that we provide are also offered by partners. On occasion, they may have specific target groups in mind, and as such you may not qualify for the survey. This is the nature of market research, as businesses often have select groups in mind that they need to gain feedback from. We appreciate that this can be disappointing, so to show our appreciation for your time, we pay 15c to your account.
