They cancelled my partners account for no reason after she won some money and tried to withdraw. They then called her and asked her a series of ridiculous questions in order to “prove it was her betting” such as what’s the difference between fixed and tote bets. THIS WAS HER ACCOUNT AND SHE WAS THE ONE BETTING. They then permanently deleted her account and sent her a messaging saying they are deleting her boyfriends (me) account as well. I hadn’t even gambled with them recently how they knew she was my girlfriend I have no idea. And what either of us did to get banned we have no idea. They are sexist who must assume girls can’t gamble and if a girl is winning it must be their partner. They were rude throughout the whole process making her perform ridiculous steps to prove it was her when she had 9 months previously verified her account. The way my partner was treated today was ridiculous she does not deserve this for just being a female who knows how to bet and how I get dragged into it I have no idea it is ridiculous if anyone chooses to bet with these people make sure you get your money because they will try everything to stop you.
