With the new design, we will regularly enhance the app with new features to deliver the Smooth as Silk experience our travellers expect. In this first release we are starting with:

Easy to use App
I really like the Thai Air app - easy to navigate and use, always quick to check in and I just used it for the first time to book a flight and was really impressed
App has iPhone 15 glitch
The app becomes unresponsive with top left arrow and top right X navigation selection as well as the user profile image on top left of screen. Apple checked my iPhone 15 and it was perfect. Swapped it to another iPhone 15 and the same issue is present. App developer may need review and update the app to suit the newest iPhone 15 models. Thai Airways app was always easy to use and navigate for flight bookings but is now not fully functional with Apple iPhone 15.
Barely works
Interface elements overlap with the iPhone interface such as the Dynamic Island, so you can’t click on any navigation icons. It also doesn’t autopopulate your flights. The boarding passes also push your screen to max brightness, but doesn’t return the brightness back to its previous setting when you exit the ticket screen. All in all, a very poor app.
