The worst company ever.
The planes seem to be from the Paleolithic era, the counters never work in any country other than Vietnam, I couldn't check in online because I had to do it physically, which I don't understand! On the way out I almost missed the flight and I got stuck in Vietnam, what a horror! In Kuala Lumpur I went to where the offices were and there were all but Vietjetair. I was looking for as a escape room!
Take care
I was prevented from boarding my flight because I did not have the original of my Passport. I had previously checked their regulations and a Passport was not required for a domestic flight. During my subsequent argument with the airline they changed the regulations listed on the website. I lost my fare as well as my hotel booking in Bangkok. APPALLING customer service.
Terrible customer service
My bags overweight and my flight is tomorrow and they’re not replanting to the number they gave me. Terrible customer service and I don’t know what number to call now, feel like they’re tryna scam me to pay the extra fees for baggage at the airport. If u like traveling with peace of mind don’t book VietJet Air.
