For the national carrier of Vietnam this app needs to improve. Entering names on bookings is wrong as the ask you to enter your middle then first name. Where they actually want you to enter first then middle name as per your passport. This is important when flying as check in are strict with ticket vs passport details.
I’ve now tried to access the app which sends a notice to update which when you do you go around in circles of update app / open message.
Cmon Vietnam love your flights but this app is very very poor.

Bad design, Terrible function, Very Stupid
The app doesn’t seem to know it’s own buttons or functions. PNR codes and emails have to be constantly put in even when you have selected them in your own account. The payment function seemed to freeze and instructed me to re-book a flight that it then ended up booking and purchasing twice. When I tried to refund one ticket through the app that I purchased it through, it stops the refund process because apparently I can only refund tickets that are purchased through the app?? Makes we want to book flights with other carriers it s so bad.
Booking
Had so much trouble booking a flight in this app, had to reenter details 4 times & still didn’t go through, tried the website, not much better
Then tried to book seats, save your time & try to book through somewhere else
