FutureBall is Australia’s most winnable million-dollar lottery^ giving players the chance to be the sole winner of $1 Million dollars, twice a week.
With international lotteries, a player purchases a ticket through The Lottery Office, who then buys a matching ticket into the overseas draw with the exact numbers chosen.
In the event of a win, The Lottery Office collects the full prize amount from the overseas lottery, and then pays the winner the exact same amount, less any applicable foreign taxes.

Can seem to enter my phone number correctly. Every time I enter the first 4 digits of my phone number in the personal info section, the field automatically formats a set of brackets around the first 4 digits. Replacing the digits in the brackets with +61 and entreating the rest of the numbers as they should be formatted won’t let me saved.

Ripped off somebody who was trying to help with problem gambling

I felt my gambling was getting started to get out of control so I wanted to withdraw what funds I had and close my account. There is a minimum withdrawal amount of $5 and my balance was under that. When I closed my account, The Lottery Office kept the money I had in my account.I know it’s only a minuscule amount, but it’s a bit of a kick in the guts when you’re trying to be proactive and help yourself before gambling becomes an issue. I know I probably could’ve called them, but it’s embarrassing to do so, even if the staff are trained in problem gambling and are sympathetic.

I like it because I can play in overseas lotteries that are sometimes in the BILLIONS.I joined about 6 months ago but I haven’t played a whole lot since.I see some people saying that they couldn’t enter or save their phone number.I think I had a bit of difficulty entering and saving my phone number but I figured it out and it does work.Maybe TLO can make entering and saving one’s phone number a bit clearer/easier?Apart from that little potential problem (for some), I can’t fault it.Suggestion: Add TOTP 2FA for increased security.Question: Will there be an app update in the not too distant future as it’s now been a year since the last update?

Poor customer service

Opened an account for the 2.9 billion Powerball draw and twice tried depositing $15 and both times said error processing and no funds went into my account yet I checked my bank account and $30 had been debited. Then the website went down and the app stopped working and the reason given was their servers were overloaded due to the big draw. If you are going to advertise all over the radio wouldn’t you upgrade your servers to prevent this from happening. Now it’s 12pm the next day and the app and site are now loading again and my funds are there now. But guess what the draw is closed so what a waste of time. And now you will not let me withdraw my $30 and no one from support is bothering to reply to my emails. So why would I want to bother purchasing tickets through you. Unless you refund my card the 1 star review will remain and your lucky I can’t give zero stars.
