Your account is closed…..
So…here is what they don’t tell you - 72 hours after creating an account they will close your account. With the lack of 24/7 support and no live chat, after some time received an email asking for my license. They do not tell you this and there is absolutely no confirmation they receive it - or when the account is opened again. You just sit and try and try and try to log back in. Seriously, this company has significant gaps in its customer service and does not do what it purports it does. Have left several negative reviews, none of which appear on their website - have put this as five stars - it might just get through !

Regarding account suspensions after 72 hours, we do have certain mandatory measures to oblige by, if a customer does not pass an automatic verification process we notify them of the required steps via emails and notifications. Debiting Your bank account
I played KenoGo for the first time last weekend I had two transactions of $50 debited from my bank account and since then three days later another $50 debited from my bank account which put me overdrawn I am currently trying to resolve this with the bank and kino go but with little success I am going to cancel my account because the very same thing happened to a friend of mineAnd if it happened 2 out of two how many other people are being ripped off give me a normal Kino any time

Hello Barry. When you make a payment with your card it takes about 3 to 5 business days to process a transaction, although it can take up to 10 business days. While a transaction is pending, the amount is deducted from your available funds, not your account balance. To discuss your account contact support@kenogo.com.au.
