Ratings and Reviews
Can seem to enter my phone number correctly. Every time I enter the first 4 digits of my phone number in the personal info section, the field automatically formats a set of brackets around the first 4 digits. Replacing the digits in the brackets with +61 and entreating the rest of the numbers as they should be formatted won’t let me saved.

Poor customer service
Opened an account for the 2.9 billion Powerball draw and twice tried depositing $15 and both times said error processing and no funds went into my account yet I checked my bank account and $30 had been debited.
Then the website went down and the app stopped working and the reason given was their servers were overloaded due to the big draw.
If you are going to advertise all over the radio wouldn’t you upgrade your servers to prevent this from happening.
Now it’s 12pm the next day and the app and site are now loading again and my funds are there now.
But guess what the draw is closed so what a waste of time. And now you will not let me withdraw my $30 and no one from support is bothering to reply to my emails.
So why would I want to bother purchasing tickets through you.
Unless you refund my card the 1 star review will remain and your lucky I can’t give zero stars.

I am unable to locate your account with the details in your review, but it is likely your $30 has already been refunded to you if you didn't purchase tickets with it. Works well mostly…
App is super easy to set up and use. Only thing I’ve noticed is sometimes it seems to struggle to access your draw info or settings tab, I suspect because the system is getting overloaded by people trying to set up or buy tickets when a Billion $$ jackpot pot is on.
