Best App for The Daily Telegraph
Can go directly to a page or section by quickly scrolling through pages down bottom of screen. Definitely best app for reading the Daily Telegraph. Just a little slower loading.
E-paper stopped working 15th of April
I have been a e-subscriber since the day they started( 13 years I think) and have been a happy reader.
On the the 15th of April it stopped allowing issue downloads and despite numerous attempts to fix it( upgrades, reinstalling app etc) it just does not work.
For six days I tried apple support and the telegraph support help lines and both keep passing the buck to the other and are unwilling to help.
I have been left with no choice but to cancel my subscription and will now change to a new paper. Over 40 years of reading this paper will come to an end.
Subscription no longer works app no longer works
I have just cancelled my subscription. No new issues have been available on the app since 15 April 2021. App offers no way of login to your subscription.
