Description

The Zorn Museum

Experience the life and work of Sweden’s master painter, Anders Zorn directly on your mobile phone with The Zorn Museum app. Listen to stories about Zorn's most famous works of art in the free audio guide and take a look inside his home in Mora, The Zorn House. Follow the artist's exciting life in ”Zorn the Ztory”, a game that appeals to both adults and children who want to learn more about the famous Swede.

The Zorn Museum in Mora opened in 1939 and manages the world's largest collection of works by Anders Zorn (1860–1920), paintings and watercolors, etchings and sculptures. The Zorn Museum can be visited all year round, as can the The Zorn House, which is situated directly adjacent to the museum.

During the summer at Zorn's old farm, located one kilometer from The Zorn Museum, children and adults can partake in the guided experience "Journey in Time?". Zorn’s wilderness studio, Gopsmor, is also open for visitors throughout the summer.

If you want to use the audio guide during your visit to The Zorn Museum, you can download it via the museum's own free Wi-Fi. Then choose Swedish or English as a default language.

All information about the various destinations can be found in The Zorn Museum app.

The app was developed together with Visit Dalarna and TENSION.
