Thumsters 4+

We’ve been using the Thumster’s Parenting App a few short weeks and are already seeing huge positive behaviour changes with our daughter. The app has helped us create a working morning & night routine while allowing our daughter to feel like she is being included which has been a really big game changer! She’s actively trying to achieve a thumbs up and has strived to stay clear of a thumbs down. We love that you can include rewards when a goal is met — some of our favourites have been a family movie night, a trip to a new park and as a special treat a toy from our local shops. The monster theme makes the app fun for our daughter and she really enjoys hearing about why she got a thumbs up when she earns one, which I feel is allowing us to have a closer bond and understanding of how to communicate as a parent without making demands. I also really love that we can customise the reasons for the thumbs up and thumbs down because we can make it more personal to our family needs/wants and the app sharing is a really cool feature too which I can’t wait to start using!

We have been using this app for a few weeks now and seeing huge improvements with both of our children! It’s been a great visual aid for our kids who are both on the autism spectrum and helped our 4 year old start to understand the differences between positive behaviour and negative behaviours! I think with time our 2 year old daughter will really grow to understand these differences too!! The app has been so easy to use and as parents it has a wonderful section dedicated to reporting which is so thorough and detailed it helps show the times of day where we might need to change up our routine! And the goals are customisable too! Love it!!

I am so glad we have started using this app! Reward charts at home I find are difficult to keep up with especially going out and about and remembering to add them when we get home. Using the thumsters app we can reward our daughters behaviour when we go out there and then. I love that not only can we use it on the iPad but also our phones and iwatches!! My daughter loves the sound of the thumbs up too and gets so excited. She hasn’t reached her first goal yet but we are half way there and she is so excited about it! Thanks for providing parents an easy was to reward our children’s behaviour everywhere we go. 👏🏼👏🏼
