Easy purchases
Love booking through Ticketmaster. Quick easy and being able to pick out seats so easy is the best!
Upgrade at your peril!
Forced to upgrade app only to find you have to log back in. Great for all of you with good memories or notes disguised on your phone but for those of us who rely on those little ‘remember me’ applets for convenience suddenly find out autofill not able to complete forms. So I dutifully do the whole reset password routine only to find that when I want to buy my tickets i have to log in again, which I do. Then when purchasing tickets when offered the PayPal option I again find that I am required to log in to PayPal via a Ticketmaster pop up page. Once again my autofill is disabled and I have to reset my password for PayPal which takes just long enough for the Ticketmaster transaction timer to run out to 0 close the page and I lose my tickets and haven’t reset the PayPal password so next time around you guessed it same again. Ever the trier, I decide to add a card instead which was promptly forgotten when it came to transact the balance. Despite all the odds like Hercules completing his final task I prevailed against the AI and won my prize of tickets to music that will salve my soul unlike the demons who devised this crooked app!

Review of app
Really very hopeless when I was trying to book tickets on my phone.
Attempted probably twenty times.
Received 1 byte timed out error when still had plenty of time left.
Kept returning me to CC details when I had already submitted the OTC from my bank. Couldn’t get PayPal to work when it is suggested as your preferred payment option. Contacted PayPal they said problem at Ticketmaster end.
I could go on!
All in all a most frustrating experience.
Hopefully Ticketmaster didn’t pay any money for the app upgrade.
In my experience, which I have plenty, with apps is keep it simple, intuitive and easily navigable.
Don’t try and get too fancy,arty farty or grandiose.
It doesn’t help the customer/consumer.
