It really works.

Ok, so I was sceptical but the prospect of a 3 sector trip with 2 of those 15 hour flights back to back crossing 16 timezones was just too much, so I gave it a go CBR-SYD-DOH-IAD. The app prepares you several days prior adjusting your sleeping and on the day of departure, tells you when to wake, eat, sleep and drink coffee. I followed it closely going over and had virtually no jetlag, but flying Westerly that’s usually less of an issue. The trip back flying Easterly, on the same route with similar sector times was the acid test as it involved two full nights and days. Once again followed it religiously and what would normally take me a week to readjust, took about 2 days. Highly recommended but stick to the schedule. My only gripe is the price which I feel is high given it’s apparent complexity. Corporate travellers won’t baulk but leisure will probably give it a skip.

Absolute life saver

I just returned from a month across Europe and followed the app as best I could. I felt amazing on the way over and experienced little to no jet lag, just a little bit lethargic here and there. (I was cognisant that I was also walking around 25k steps a day so that was likely the culprit for any exhaustion of course haha). I was most nervous for the way back, adjusting from BST to AEST. I followed the app religiously, and my god, I have felt amazing! There have definitely been a couple of nights where my partner has had to watch me like a hawk in the evenings so I don’t fall asleep in front of the TV before bed, but I’ve woken up each day with so much energy and haven’t felt the jet lag one bit. I have been singing the praises of Timeshifter from the rooftops and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for building such an amazing app!

Amazing

My travel was from Australia to Europe in summer. Usually on the way there the jet lag is not too bad, just a couple of days. On the way back I usually feel like a zombie for about a week 🙃. And with Timeshifter: on the way over I stayed up until 10pm the first night there and then slept normally from that night onwards. On the way back I followed the plan as best I could, especially the bright light exposure. I slept okay the first night home (but was tired after the trip). After that I kept waiting for the jet lag to hit but…NO JET LAG AT ALL!! Timeshifter is complete gold. I have been recommending non-stop to my friends and family. It seems bizarre but it really works! Thanks guys for developing this wonderful app 😊
