Ratings and Reviews
One of a Kind
This game is amazing, well-planned and addictive. For a single delevoper, the game has zero popup ads and the only ads that do play are for small bonuses, such as rushing spacecrafts or research. It has a vast variety of options yet the interfaces are simple, everything makes sense and is straighforward, and all around great. It includes actions that take time to complete, yet so much to do that it barely matters. You do something somewhere and you can just as easily do something somewhere else. The game is perfect in nearly every way possible, and isn't even complete yet. Highly recommended, so much to do and so many ways to do them. Keep it up!
Awesome work
Great game, I love the tech and science based approach - this is proving more engaging as I progress.
Particularly enjoy the puzzle of working out the issues of fuel limits and gravity that the game simulates so well! Also simulates well the difficult cash flows for space startups and that tourists have unrealistic expectations for their budgets, a bit like terrestrial tourists.
A couple of things on my wish list for updates:
- a pop up window linking to the Wikipedia entry for each planet and moon? I’d love to learn more about the moons I’m colonising in game
- a way to auto deliver resources from mines to bases, otherwise what is the point of mines?
- asteroids! The asteroid belt will probably be the first thing mined as it avoids the problem of gravity wells and they contain trillions of dollars worth of platinum, nickel, and rare earth metals.
- being able to click on colony buildings to zoom in for a look and as an alternative way to manage worker allocation and production
- some more cut screens videos / animations - first contact needs to be celebrated!
Once again great work!
Mind-Blowing Depth
This game is clunky, the interface is a bit tricky and the tutorial not great (make sure you read the tips section on early game money making….) but it is quite possibly one of the most amazing games I have ever come across….
I urge anyone to persevere with its faults because the game it self is almost unbelievable in its scale and depth.
You get the impression some mad genius may be at play here….
I have played for over 20hrs, made constant progress yet I’m coming to the realisation that I probably haven’t completed 1% of this game yet…..
I have been making money, researching, establishing and rapidly expanding a colony on the moon and yet there are more than 30 moons on other planets I have discovered…. Let alone the planets themselves…. There’s so much more research to do, so many more ways I could be making money….You could probably play this game for years….. and yet there seems to be more content coming in future upgrades…. this game really is amazing
