Wait time on app is highly inaccurate
Twice now I’ve booked an appointment for the Carindale store and when I show up at the time the app tells me, the store’s screens show my booking as still having 20-30mins to wait. Once had to keep my wife and child waiting well past my kid’s nap-time because of the incorrect info from the app.
It’s handy to see which hairdressers are working on a particular day if you’ve got a preferred stylist - but other than that it’s pretty useless TBH.
Love that you can book on the app from home
It’s not perfect, sometimes the wait is longer than expected but that’s pretty standard for a barber. The app itself is good, can choose your barber specifically and book from home to cut out waiting at all.
Very inaccurate wait time
Told me my booking was at one time, however when i showed up it had changed by 30 minutes in an already 2 hour long wait time.
