Clean UI and excellent navigation guidance
I’m loving Amigo each day. I find it better compared to Waze atleast for my use case. A suggestion to the dev team: can you add an option to change the font size for street names or make the font size larger? On an iPhone 13, the street names are difficult to read. Take cue from Waze on this.

Needs integration with Apple CarPlay Dashboard
(SEE UPDATE AT BOTTOM)
AmiGO is almost perfect. But it doesn’t show up as your navigation app in the CarPlay Dashboard, so it’s only useable if you don’t mind keeping the app open full screen. If you leave the app during navigation, CarPlay becomes unusable with a rotary dial because AmiGO uses incessant notifications to give you directions.
Update (10 July): Yes, I use AmiGO in CarPlay. What doesn’t work is the mini map view on the Dashboard (the view to the left of my home screens, with my map on one side of the screen and my music controls on the other side). It always shows another navigation app instead of integrating with AmiGO. I always use the latest version of iOS, and I connect to CarPlay via a cable.

2D Map North View missing
As a decade long user coming from Waze, first thing I always look for when trying new navigation system is the 2D Map North View.
The 2D Map north view in Amigo disappoints a lot. When it’s in north view it zooms out completely and always showing the whole route. I would expects the zooming to be automated based on the car speed. If car is stopped, map should zoom in. When car is travelling, map should zoom out and display the relevant surroundings buildings and road. The way Amigo had the map zoomed way out makes the navigation barely visible and usable.
